The role will lead a global team of more than 200 employees across North America, Latin America, EMEA and India. The successful candidate will drive operational excellence, improve process performance, resolve service delivery issues, and ensure strong customer experience for both internal and external customers.\nThis is a senior global leadership role requiring strong financial, operational and process leadership capability, as well as the ability to influence stakeholders across functions, regions and levels of the organization. The O2C GDL will manage relationships with key business stakeholders, controllership, internal audit, and central capabilities teams, overseeing the credit & risk management assessment process for external customers & vendors.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLeading a global team of more than 200 employees across Customer Order Solutions, Accounts Receivable, and Credit & Risk.\nDriving “Best in Class” performance across the O2C organization.\nDelivering annual business objectives, including:\nPerfect Order Fulfillment\nCustomer Intimacy\nCost Optimization\nRisk Management\nProcess Standardization\nEstablishing, delivering and monitoring key performance indicators, service targets and performance metrics.\nCommunicating operational performance to key business stakeholders.\nOptimizing end-to-end processes to improve efficiency, including through automation and standardization.\nIdentifying and implementing new service opportunities.\nProviding input to, and operating within, operational budgets and quarterly forecasts.\nIdentifying service delivery issues and developing remediation plans to address persistent challenges.\nEnsuring consistent application of accounting policies, standards and internal controls for transactions and account reconciliations within the Order to Cash team.\nManaging relationships with key business stakeholders, controllership, internal audit and central capabilities teams.\nOverseeing the credit and risk management assessment process for external customers and vendors.\nManaging, motivating and developing team members to build high-performing talent, succession depth and diverse and inclusive teams.\nPromoting a culture focused on excellent customer experience for both internal and external customers.\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management or a related discipline.\nMinimum 7 years of experience leading and growing a global client, service or customer-oriented function involving transformational initiatives and processes across multiple functions and geographies.\nMinimum 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role.\nDirect experience in continuous improvement and/or delivery of multiple, complex projects.\nMinimum 5 years of experience working within Order to Cash business processes.\nExtensive knowledge of industry best practices across Order to Cash.\nBroad knowledge of financial management.\nKnowledge of manufacturing processes, inventory management, warehousing and distribution.\nExperience delivering end-to-end processes with insourced and outsourced/service management components.\nStrategic and forward-thinking mindset with the ability to drive execution and deliver results.\nStrong collaboration and relationship management skills, with the ability to build credibility and confidence with customers and employees.\nStrong executive presence and the ability to influence, galvanize and align stakeholders at all levels.\nStrong ability to identify root causes behind process issues, develop creative solutions and execute remediation plans.\nKnowledge of SAP and key applications supporting core O2C processes.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nLeadership and Interpersonal Skills\nAbility to interact with and present to all levels of the organization, including Controller and VP levels.\nAbility to drive alignment to strategy and support decision-making.\nAbility to direct execution through teams at Director, Manager and Analyst levels.\nDemonstrated leadership in a matrixed and global environment.\nAbility to lead and motivate diverse teams across cultures and geographies toward a common vision.\nExperience developing, coaching and leading high-performing teams.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to rapidly distill complex information into concise and clearly understandable messages.\nAbility to influence without direct authority.\nStrong organizational intelligence, including the ability to identify decision-makers and influencers.\nAbility to build strong relationships across organizational and geographic boundaries.\nAbility to plan and execute work that contributes to business results and aligns with the organization’s vision, mission and strategic priorities.\nPreferred Qualifications\nMBA.\nCPA or equivalent accounting qualification.\nExperience in Global Business Services or shared services environments.\nExperience with finance process automation.\nExperience in ERP or finance transformation initiatives.\nWe are open to candidates coming from Supply Chain leadership backgrounds, particularly where they bring deep experience in end-to-end process management, transformation and cross-functional stakeholder leadership and expressstrong commercial and financial acumen.\nAs a general policy, McCormick does not offer employment visa sponsorships upon hire or in the future.\nBase Salary: $192,000.00 - 326,500.00\nBase salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, experience for this role, and/or internal equity of our current employees as part of any final offer.
