Benefits include, but are not limited to, tuition assistance, medical, dental, vision, disability, group life insurance, 401(k), profit sharing, paid holidays, and vacations.\n Role Summary:\nSet up and start automatic filling and packaging equipment, load packaging and raw materials, and pack off finished product. \nWeigh, blend, and cook product on all mix systems. \nFollow detailed procedures and complete paperwork accurately to ensure safe, consistent, and quality product. \nMake product changeovers, package size changes, minor and major repairs on all equipment.\nMonitor operation of mixing equipment through visual checks of product and sensory evaluation of key component pieces.\nAssemble component pieces of equipment belonging to continuous and pre-mix systems and their auxiliary components.\nDocument downtime and machine adjustments.\nUnderstand and practice loss control of raw and packaging materials.\nWork with Teams to identify process issues and improvement opportunities.\nActively promote safety and identify unsafe actions and conditions using a principle-based safety approach.\nBe responsible for quality and quantity of production daily.\nObtain and return ingredients using a forklift.\nPerform checks on critical timing of equipment.\nOn-site attendance is required.\nOT as necessary to include weekends.\nPerform other duties as required.\nMcCormick & Company is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
