This position supports the Plant Leadership Team in the JTE (Journey to Excellence) strategy focused on building Employee capability, enhancing the data reliability systems, and driving Employee engagement through implementation of high-performance work systems to achieve exceptional business results.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nCreating visibility to Loss Data\nOwning Loss Analysis program to support site’s OGSM (Objective, Goals, Strategies, and Measures) and budget targets\nHelping prioritize loss reduction projects in collaboration with the site leadership team\nProviding supporting data analysis and justifications for any technology improvements and capital expenditures and feasibility studies\nLeading site Focused Improvement pillar\nLeading site Data and Analytics\nMaintaining integrity of site data through training, health checks, and change control. Focus includes scorecards, downtime data base, manual tracking systems and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) master data.\nProviding analysis and insights to key performance metrics like Process Reliability, Productivity, Yield and Scrap.\nCollating and publishing site scorecard every month.\nCreating and executing site Analytics strategy.\nEstablishing scorecard review processes based on the appropriate frequency and participants.\nDriving data-based decision-making behavior at all levels\nImplement Effective Training systems\nCoach site employees and Subject Matter Experts on the methodology and tools:\nBasic performance data and trends\nProblem solving\nRoot cause analysis\nLoss Reduction projects\nParticipate on Training and Development Pillar\nCreate and maintain site training systems \nREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS\nMinimum of 5 years working in manufacturing operations\nBackground in Total Productive Maintenance / Lean, Change Management and Organizational Effectiveness\nExperience analyzing complex datasets, generating insights and building robust statistical models. Should be comfortable working with structured and unstructured data. \nAbility to analyze complex information in order to make judgments and decisions. Data intensive - thrives in detail with purpose - does not get paralyzed by analysis.\nAbility to create people change plan for strategic initiatives. Ability to be an influencer of large or high-risk change initiatives.\nCreate intra-plant collaboration (operations, functional areas, support areas)\nAbility to provide key insights to leadership in order to influence priority development\nAbility to develop action plans, obtain or assign resources, and align day-to-day processes to achieve strategic goals.\nAbility to analyze data to gather actionable insights.\nAbility to achieve project goals and objectives by applying the discipline of planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about successful project completion.\nUnderstand key financial topics, including: Budgeting, Cost Center Ownership, CAAP (Capital Asset Acquisition Proposal), IRR (Internal Rate of Return), Yield, Waste, Scrap and Loss Analysis\nAbility to use appropriate root cause analysis decision tools for decision making\nAbility and willingness to work flexible hours and days as needed to meet business demands\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS\nFamiliarity with creating reports using our current (and future) Power BI tools, e.g. SAP Hana, Tableau\nExperience in CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods)\nTeam and Operations Leadership experience\nExperience developing justifications and cost estimates for capital projects\nExperience developing and writing procedures with cross functional teams and supporting training activities\nExperience leading and coaching process improvement and/or continuous improvement teams\nFrench's is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
