Responsible for supporting the operational part of the procurement process.\nMAIN RESPONSIBILITIES\nsupplier contract monitoring & maintaining pricing files in SAP\nresolving issues related to ordering process\nmanaging material and vendor master data in various systems\nreconciling invoice discrepancies in cooperation with Accounts Payable\nresponding to queries (from suppliers, factories, business)\nproviding general admin support to Buyers & Category Managers\npreparing reports\nCANDIDATE PROFILE\nMinimum bachelor’s degree\nMinimum 4 years of work experience\n2 or more years’ experience in operational procurement or production planning area.\nFluent English,\nPractical experience with SAP is a must (R3 or S4)\nIntermediate to advanced PC Skills in MS Word and Excel required. \nProactive in identifying and supporting customer needs.\nFocus on details and quality of service delivered.\nProblem solving skills.\nVery good communication skills\nTeam player\nWillingness to work on night shift (US time zone)\nAt McCormick, we have over a 100-year legacy based on our “Power of People” principle.
