This role leads the development of IAM conceptual and logical architectures, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, resilient, and aligned with enterprise standards and business objectives.\nActing as the primary architectural authority for IAM, the Solution Architect partners closely with IT & Cybersecurity management, engineering, security and infrastructure teams to translate business capabilities into cohesive technology designs. The role provides architectural direction throughout the product lifecycle, guiding solution decisions, governing adherence to standards, and identifying opportunities to enhance security, modernize platforms, reduce technical debt, and enable future innovation.\n\nResponsibilities:\nWorks on complex projects that require in-depth knowledge of all IAM capabilities within their architecture domain, providing architectural designs and guidance.\nProvides direction, guidance, and definition of IT/Security architecture to effectively support the product and business strategy. Supports IAM architecture discipline and champions’ architectural initiatives according to the corporate standards.\nConsults with project teams to fit projects to established architecture patterns, as well as to identify when it is necessary to modify the standard architectural patterns. Ensures the conceptual completeness of the technical solutions.\nParticipates in the creation of governing principles and standards to guide architecture decision making. Identifies exceptions to architectural standards at an enterprise level and facilitates resolution. Reviews and/or analyzes and develops architectural and security requirements as needed for the organization.\nPerforms research on emerging technologies in support of systems development efforts and recommend technologies that will improve cost effectiveness and systems flexibility. Develop, document, and communicate plans for investing in systems architecture, including analysis of cost reduction opportunities.\nAligns to the regulatory and compliance frameworks and processes of the Company, maintains a risk mindset.\nMaintain continuous personal learning and development to remain technological relevancy in current and emerging areas.\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, cybersecurity or relevant field.\n8+ Years of IAM experience, with a significant amount of time spent in an engineering / architecture role for IGA, PAM, Secrets Management, Directory Services, Cloud and other capabilities of a holistic IAM program\nExcellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills needed to translate business requirements into technical solutions.\nProven track record of designing highly complex global architecture designs.\nExperience of participating in complex global projects, processes, and systems.\nWe understand that not everyone will match each of the above qualifications.
