Circulate current vacancies and mail shots on referral scheme.\nManaging the interview booking process and coordinates logistics like: booking meeting rooms and scheduling interviews with both hiring managers and candidates.\nIndependently manage end-to-end recruitment for junior and entry-level roles, including interns, clerks and administrative positions, from alignment and sourcing through interviews and offer support.\nTracking recruiting activities and providing candidate status in a weekly report. Ensuring maintenance of candidate database, uploading of candidate details/CV to the database.\nResponding to incoming telephone enquiries from candidates and offering support (where able) in the absence of Talent Acquisition members. Managing the speculative application process.\nSupporting TA Business Partners in partnering with hiring managers, as needed, through alignment meeting to understand business requirements, agree on sourcing strategy, advise on selection/assessment techniques/criteria and next steps.\nInitiate and build relationships through the process as well as directly source candidates through various channels.\nDesired Candidate Profile:\nUniversity graduate preferred.\nExperience in recruitment or in administrative support / client support would be a plus.\nMS Office knowledge.\nHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize projects and deliverables.\nExcellent communication skills both verbal and written.\nStrong interpersonal and customer service skills.\nAbility to timely respond to customer inquiries with favourable resolutions.\nWillingness to take ownership of given tasks.\nAdaptable individual who is able to work in a fast-paced environment and enjoys a challenge.\nCollaborative team player.\nFluent English required.
