MCD is looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our 2nd shift team!\nWe're looking for someone with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities who can diagnose problems, perform repairs, and help keep production running smoothly. Previous industrial maintenance experience and a strong work history are valued, but we're equally interested in candidates who can demonstrate the technical skills needed to succeed.\nWhat You'll Do\nTroubleshoot, diagnose, and repair manufacturing equipment.\nPerform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.\nIdentify and resolve mechanical, electrical, and equipment issues.\nMaintain and repair production machinery and facility equipment.\nDocument maintenance activities and repairs.\nFollow safety procedures and work with production teams to keep equipment running efficiently.\nSkills That Will Help You Succeed\nMechanical Aptitude: Strong understanding of mechanical systems, tools, and equipment.\nTroubleshooting: Ability to identify problems, determine causes, and make effective repairs.\nElectrical Knowledge: Ability to troubleshoot electrical components and systems.\nPreventive Maintenance: Understanding of routine equipment maintenance and inspections.\nProblem-Solving: Ability to work independently and prioritize repairs.\nTeamwork & Reliability: Communicate effectively and follow through on responsibilities.\nTraining & Growth
