MCD is looking for a Production Coordinator to join our 2nd shift manufacturing team!\nThis role is designed to develop into a Production Supervisor position. You'll start by learning MCD's equipment, processes, and team while supporting daily production activities. As you gain experience and demonstrate readiness, you'll take on greater leadership responsibilities with the goal of eventually overseeing the shift.\nWhat You'll Do\nLearn MCD's production equipment, processes, and quality standards.\nSupport daily production activities, workflow, and scheduling priorities.\nWork alongside operators to troubleshoot issues and keep production moving.\nHelp coordinate staffing, training, and production needs.\nCommunicate with supervisors and other departments to resolve challenges.\nPromote a safe, productive, and team-oriented work environment.\nGradually take on additional leadership and supervisory responsibilities.\nSkills That Will Help You Succeed\n Supervisory Experience (Required): Previous experience directly supervising employees, including providing direction, coaching, and managing performance.\nMechanical Aptitude: Understanding of manufacturing equipment and processes.\nProblem-Solving: Ability to assess challenges and make sound decisions.\nCommunication: Clearly communicate expectations and work effectively with others.\nOrganization: Balance competing priorities and keep production on track.\nAccountability: Take ownership of responsibilities and follow through.\nMeasurement Skills: Ability to accurately read rulers and measuring tools.\n Print Industry Knowledge (Preferred): Experience in printing or print finishing is helpful, but not required.\nTraining & Growth Opportunities\nHands-on training to learn MCD's equipment, production processes, and
