We are seeking a Project Coordinator to manage customer projects from order through production, working directly with customers while coordinating closely with sales and our production team.\nWe're also looking for someone who wants to grow with MCD. This position has the potential for increased responsibility and future leadership opportunities for someone who demonstrates initiative, sound judgment, and the ability to understand the \"why\" behind problems.\nWhat You'll Do\nManage customer projects from order entry through production and completion\nWork directly with customers to understand job requirements, confirm specifications, provide updates, and resolve issues\nCreate clear, accurate job plans and instructions for the production floor\nCoordinate with sales and production to keep jobs on track and address changes or issues\nPrepare estimates for repeat work and review customer-supplied files and specifications\nLook for ways to improve workflow, solve problems, and better support our customers and production team\nTake ownership of assigned customer relationships, including customer satisfaction and the successful and profitable execution of projects\nWhat We Are Looking For3+ years of experience in customer project management, account coordination, estimating, production planning, or a similar manufacturing role\nExperience working directly with customers and coordinating their jobs or orders through production\nExperience in printing/finishing, packaging, labels, or converting is preferred\nStrong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities\nA proactive problem-solver who takes initiative, asks questions, and wants to understand how things work\nSomeone interested in growing their responsibilities and developing into a future leadership role\n2-year degree in a related field or equivalent relevant work experience\nSchedule\nCore Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM\nStatus: Salaried, Exempt\nWhy Join MCD?Be an Employee-Owner: MCD is 100% employee-owned through our ESOP.
