hands-on project experience.\n Key Tasks and Responsibilities:\nDuties may include reviewing Piping and Instrument Diagrams (P&IDs); creating instrument indexes, creating instrument datasheets, assisting with instrument purchasing activities, reviewing instrument supplier documents, creating motor control schematics, and creating vessel level sketches.\nOther duties may include support to automation (control system) engineers such as review or development of I/O lists, alarm lists, and cause & effect charts for safety logic.\nLearn how to use Hexagon Smart Instrumentation or, depending on project requirements, AVEVA Instrumentation for the development of instrument indexes and instrument datasheets.\nInterface with other disciplines (e.g., Process, Mechanical), instrument suppliers, and clients as needed for completion of work.\nWilling to travel to supplier fabrication sites or project plant sites to gain hands-on experience.\nRaising concerns and making suggestions for improvement (and possibly participating in implementing improvement ideas).\n Essential Qualifications and Education:\n0-1 years of experience.\nBachelor’s or master’s degree in an Instrumentation and Controls Engineering related field.\nGeneral understanding of field instrumentation and their purpose.\nStrong analytical and mathematic skills.\nGood written and verbal communication skills.\nExcellent time management and professionalism.\nExperience with using MS Office Suite (MS Word, MS Excel).\nA growth mindset and willingness to learn and accept improvement feedback.\nEligible to work in the United States (citizen or green-card
