The designer will receive close supervision and support as they work to further develop their design skills while developing AutoCAD design drawings and working in databases to develop wiring drawings.\n Key Tasks and Responsibilities:\nAssist in preparation of detailed drawings and deliverables of high technical quality and consistent presentation, enduring clarity and ease of construction.\nDevelop basic technical skills to complete assigned work.\nGain an understanding of the Contract Scope of Work, specifications, schedule, and all inter­discipline requirements.\nAssist and/or prepare instrument design deliverables such as:Layout drawings.\nInstrument hook-up/installation details.\nWiring/loop diagrams.\nPanel and console drawings.\nSchematics and block diagrams.\nMaterial schedules.\n\nMay be required to travel to project sites for inspections or testing, to gain a better understanding of design work and impacts to construction.\nWill be reporting to:\nOperationally Reports To: Project Engineering Manager\nFunctionally Reports To: I&C Supervising Engineer\n Essential Qualifications and Education:\n0-1 years of experience in the oil and gas industry working as an Instrumentation designer.\nDetailed knowledge of AutoCAD drafting systems. \nAble to work in team environment with company, suppliers, and clients, including remote teams in other countries.\nExperience using MS Office Suite (MS Word, MS Excel).\nEligible to work in the United States (US Citizen or Green Card
