(H&MB) development for simple process units\nProduce Process Flow Diagram (PFD) sketch manually\nAssist in the preparation of material selection diagrams (provides process data)\nAssist in equipment sizing and calculations for equipment\nCompile equipment list\nAssist in the preparation of initial P&IDs for simple systems\nPerform calculations as assigned by lead\nInput Process Data on Instrument Data Sheets \nAssist in the development and depiction of controls on P&IDs for specific systems\nInput process data online list including design and upset conditions\nCompile emissions summary as directed by the lead\nPerform relief valve calculations for simple services\nProvide process data on PSV data sheets\nAssist in Process Design of firewater, deluge, and gas detection systems (may be assisted by Fire Protection Specialists) \nAssist in Bid Tab Evaluation by checking vendor data against process data for simple equipment\nPrepare simple sections of the Operating Manual as directed by the lead engineer\nAttend training programs\nList work assumptions for later review by the supervisor work should reflect some process engineering experience\nAware of the Quality, Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) aspects of the work\nReports to: Project: Lead Engineer\nFunctional: Supervising Department Manager\nLiaise with: Engineers, Design Supervisors, and Designers of their own
