The  email will not accept any resumes.\nJob Overview:\nThe Associate Subcontracts Specialist is responsible for utilizing existing Subcontracts procedures to solve routine or standard problems. They receive instruction, guidance, and direction from others within the team, and they will leverage their conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures related to Subcontracts and Supply chain.\n Key Tasks and Responsibilities:\nAssist Project Subcontract Manager or Senior team member to manage the Subcontract activities in the day-to-day subcontract activities in the project and functionally to the Area Subcontract Manager or his designee \nAssist in preparation of tenders, and subcontract administration to perform efficiently, effectively, and in accordance with global subcontract processes, timelines, and ad hoc need for the Project \nProvide input for Project Subcontract Plan, and responsible to maintain contract documentation, and management \nPerform administration on assigned subcontracts from end to end (pre-award to post-award) \nCoordinate the subcontracts bid proposal process, collate subcontracts document, follow up, and ad hoc requirements \nObtain appropriate approvals for various subcontracts documents \nCoordinate meetings like clarifications, kick-off, etc.\nRaise commitments and support invoice processing in ERP or Materials Management system \nProcess subcontract documentation including the gathering of approvals and traceability as well as close out all packages \nFollow up on subcontract requirements for the assigned packages such as performance guarantees, insurances, and warranties are being submitted according to the subcontract on time \nDispute claims from subcontractors in consultation with Project Subcontracts Manager \nSupport the subcontractor back charge process\nDeliver reports required by Project and Function on time for the Subcontracts Manager \nProvide support to Function on a need basis \nEscalate disputes and issues as required\n Essential Qualifcations and Education:\n0-3 years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Supply Chain Management (or a relevant discipline)\n4 years minimum relevant experience in absence of the bachelor's degree.\nCommercial and contractual management experience are essential \nExperience in quantity surveying or Subcontract Management would be preferred \nAttention to detail and multi-tasking skills are
