regulations and quality standards\nCoordinate with project teams to identify and resolve completion issues that may arise\nLiaise with clients and contractors to ensure timely delivery of completion documentation\nSupervise and mentor junior completion specialists in the team\n Essential Qualifications and Education:\nBachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Petroleum Engineering or related field\n5 to 7 years' experience in completions management for onshore construction projects in the EPCI industry\nStrong knowledge of industry standards such as API, ASME, ANSI, ISO, and ASTM\nExcellent communication and leadership skills\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment\nExperience with software programs for completion tracking and documentation\nKnowledge of safety and risk management processes in the EPCI
