Has a broad range of responsibilities, including but not limited to talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, talent management, compensation and benefits, and operations.\n Key Tasks and Responsibilities:\nWork within defined parameters can make decisions and apply concepts to issues of high complexity and resolve issues through immediate action\nProvide timely and accurate advice and guidance on general HR inquiries related to policies and processes and other general HR matters, including employee relations, benefits, talent development, and payroll\nManage recruitment activities in line with business requirements \nManage the offer process by ensuring offer letters and employment contracts or issued per Company policy, local laws, and regulations \nManage the onboarding and off-boarding processes, which include conducting orientation sessions, exit interviews, and system updates\nManage talent management processes, including annual initiatives such as talent review, succession planning, and goals setting\nManage compensation processes such as salary reviews and promotions, including annual initiatives such as merit review \nPartner with HR COEs on global initiatives \nResponsible for maintenance of or oversight of HR and other systems as required\nResponsible for generating monthly and ad hoc HR reports by compiling, transforming, and visualizing data\nMake recommendations for process improvements and innovations to drive efficiencies\nDevelop, maintain, and approve procedural documentation to accurately reflect business process\nManage a team of HR generalists \nPerform other duties and responsibilities as assigned\nOwn and lead the implementation, enforcement, and verification of compliance with all McDermott policies and
