Define measurable success criteria and track outcomes such as adoption, cycle-time reduction, quality, reliability, user satisfaction, and realized benefits\nExcellent verbal and written communication in English with both technical and non-technical stakeholders\nCuriosity, adaptability, and a disciplined approach to continuous learning and experimentation\n Essential Qualifications and Education:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline\n\n10+ years in application development, cloud, data, or AI, including 4+ years leading technical teams/ AI Development function/ delivery functions\n\nProven delivery of enterprise Generative AI, AI agent, RAG, search, or intelligent document solutions from concept to production.\n\nExperience managing stakeholders, resources, partners, dependencies, risks, and measurable delivery outcomes\n\nCompetent in Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Azure AI Agent Service, prompt engineering, and RAG architecture\n\nAdept in Advanced Python;
