The implementation of Saviynt IAM tool is to ensure an excellent employee onboarding and offboarding experience while supporting our regulatory requirements.\nThis is a crucial role in the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of identity and access management solutions using the Saviynt platform. The role will partner with various IT and business functions to understand Business Use cases, design workflows and integrations, identify process improvements, access management gaps as well as implement technical solutions within McDermott's Saviynt tenant.\nDue to the criticality and partnership needs of the role, the admin should pay attention to accuracy and detail with excellent verbal and written communication.\nThis position will work as a member of the Global Application Support team and will interface with the Cyber Security Team, various Application subject matter experts, Infrastructure Team and IT Operations.\n Key Tasks and Responsibilities:\nMcDermott is looking to deploy Saviynt as their key IGA solution. The key responsibilities of this position will be:\nServe as the technical expert for McDermott's Saviynt platform. \nResponsible for development within the Saviynt platform to support business requirements. \nResponsible for onboarding applications, develop, and implement system integrations and connectors, etc. \nCreate process and technical reference documentation. \nConduct periodic certification reviews for critical applications to ensure regulatory compliance.\nEnsure project requirements support the overall IAM/IGA program.\nInnovation through AI capabilities within and outside Saviynt\nConduct testing to ensure that changes made match requirements gathered from stakeholders.\nAnalyze data within Saviynt to provide recommendations to further support the IAM/IGA program.\nRecommend solutions to streamline processes and create overall efficiency of the Saviynt product.\nManage upgrades, patching and maintenance of the IGA systems and testing deliverables\n Essential Qualifications and Education:\nMinimum Bachelor’s Degree\n5+ years of Saviynt Admin hands-on experience.\nHave good knowledge on Saviynt IGA architecture with hands on experience in employee & application onboarding/offboarding, implementing workflows, SOD, certifications, audit reporting etc\nHands on experience on OOTB Saviynt connectors, Custom JARS and other Integration tools.\nExperience with enterprise directory solutions (Active Directory, MIM, Azure, HR Sources, etc.)\nFamiliar with PowerShell Scripts, JSON, SQL\nOverall exposure on Identity & access management of 7- 8 years (Required)\nAwareness of IT Controls (General Controls, SOX, ISO).\nAbility to troubleshoot and fix the issues within team and with Saviynt support team. \nSaviynt Certified IGA Professional (preferred)\nExperience with Cloud version 25 or higher (preferred)\nExposure with Implementation and/or administration of Saviynt \nExposure to PAM and Multi-factor Authentication solutions.\nITIL/ITSM process knowledge.\nIntegration with logging, reporting, automation tools\nAI tools exposure.\nProfessional MS Office tools. \nSDLC
