of hands-on SQL Server DBA experience supporting production systems (Database Administration experience)\nExperience with SSRS, SSIS, Azure SQL, and Microsoft Fabric\nExperience administering Power BI Service and enterprise reporting platforms\nMust have knowledge of SQL Server performance tuning, HA/DR, Always On, clustering, replication, backup, and recovery\nExperience with schema design, schema migration, data conversion, and database performance optimization\nStrong knowledge of AI capabilities, tools, and usage trends\nProficiency in T-SQL and PowerShell or Python scripting (writing code if needed)\nExperience with data integration, data warehousing, and analytics platforms\nFamiliarity with third-party RDBMS and NoSQL technologies\nStrong communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills\nAbility to support U.S. Central Time business hours and work effectively both independently and within a team\nPreferred\n\nSQL, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Database offerings, Power BI related certification\nExperience leading data platform, analytics, and cloud modernization projects\nExperience Administration of pipelines, development, and
