and precedents.\n Key Tasks and Responsibilities:\nPerform FEED Studies and detailed design engineering, analysis, and calculations on more complex and demanding engineering tasks\nApply knowledge and skills to complete varied assignments\nPrepare clear and accurate detailed design calculations and analyses, including design reports and procedures\nPrioritize and organize own work to meet deadlines\nFocus on completing work within budgets\nClearly communicate and explain information in straightforward engineering activities\nGain familiarity with the project scope of work, specifications, schedule, and all inter-discipline requirements, including identifying concerns as early as practicable\nRecognize changes to scope and notify the discipline Lead Engineer\nInterface with all disciplines to develop clash-free designs\nInterface with other departments to obtain input for Discipline designs and drawings\nDocument substantive communications (communications that result in significant decisions or assignment of actions) and forward copies to Discipline Lead Engineer and Discipline Manager\nProvide required bid inputs as directed\nReview MTOs for requisitions\nReview vendor and subcontractor submittals, checking for compliance with project specifications and providing comments as necessary\nCheck engineering performed by others within the discipline\nDevelop an awareness of costs related to own work and of the discipline\nResponsible for preparing/checking the following key deliverables, applicable as per the Project scope:Process simulations / Heat and material balances\nProcess flow diagrams (PFD)\nPiping and instrument diagrams (P&ID)\nEquipment and instrument process datasheets\nProcess specifications\nOperating philosophy and startup and operating manuals\nEquipment list (process data)\nLine list (process data)\nEquipment and line sizing calculations\nFlare radiation and dispersion calculations\nDepressurization and Essential Qualifications and Education:\n5-10 years of experience in oil and gas with major contractor or consultant predominantly performing detail design\nBachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in in Training (ElT) or member of professional engineering society as
