guidelines and policies.\n Key Tasks and Responsibilities:\nCoordinate between commercial/bids team and corporate treasury for the following Review and approval of bank guarantee text format for bid submission\nArrange for any bank support letters from corporate treasury or bank as per the requirement\nCoordinate with Bid and Project Team\nLiaise with corporate treasury/bank for the Bank Guarantee issuance\n\nReach out to prospect relationship banks for identifying opportunities for new credit lines \nEnsure regular updates and information is being shared with existing Banks for annual renewal of facility\nMaintain healthy banking relations with existing and resolving any issues with respect to receipt, payment, Bank Guarantees\nPrepare list of outstanding Bank Guarantee details with project, entity and the facility used on a monthly basis.\nPrepare Bank Guarantee forecast quarterly in consultation with the project teams and ensure timely internal reviews and submission to stakeholders\nReview and sign off the petty cash reimbursement claims from petty cashier(s) in line with company policies and procedures\nReview and sign of the treasury receipt journal monthly as per the SOX control requirement\nEnsure SOX compliances relating to treasury activities are handled as per company policy\nEnsure effective cash flow management by funding the account periodically\nAny ad hoc requirement for the Treasury Function to be adhered\nHands on experience in Treasury products and system\n Essential Qualifications and Education:\nQualified Chartered Accountant or equivalent qualification from internationally recognized institute\nAround 4-6 years of relevant post qualification experience\nGood understanding of banking functions\nGood communication skills\nDetailed experience in own discipline\nAbility to multi-task and manage tight reporting schedule\nMay undertake projects and shares expertise\nAbility to work independently with minimum amount of supervision\nAbility to work with stakeholders of all levels as
