appropriate including pre-requisites and focusing sequential installations and relevant completion activities\nDevelop the WBS for discipline scope\nReview construction work packs for respective discipline and ensure compliance to project requirement\nPrepare the hook-up schedule for discipline specific activities with efficient sequencing and synchronizing with other disciplines\nParticipate in Pre-engineering survey, pre-construction survey & post installation survey \nDevelop the constructability log & monitor the closing of actions on weekly basis\nReview design MTO’s for discipline\nVerify the MTO for offshore contingencies\nReview the material requisitions in compliance with project specifications prior to order Coordinate deliveries of same on site (yard/port/offshore/any other onshore locations)\nReview hook-up progress register and confirm understanding on progressing methodology Ensure progress register is in line with hook-up job cards for respective discipline\nLiaise with warehouse team to ensure project material receiving status & inspection clearance from Quality\nLiaise with fabrication team and take handover of fabricated project material and other ship lose material\nLiaise with Hook-up material team and verify the material bag/tag as per project requirement & as per hook-up Job cards\nDevelop and implement detailed hook-up plans, , and strategies for onshore and offshore projects\nProvide technical guidance and support to junior engineers, ensuring their adherence to project timelines and quality standards\nCollaborate with project management and procurement teams to ensure timely availability of necessary resources, materials, and equipment\nConduct risk assessments and implement mitigation measures to ensure safety during hook-up operations\nEnsure compliance with project requirements, industry codes, and standards, including the integration of environmental and sustainability aspects\nEnsure daily progress monitoring & reporting to planner \nLiaise with commissioning team and understand systems priorities, ensure construction is planned accordingly\nEnsure the support with commissioning team to expedite the vendor related activities\nEnsure scope familiarization with Hook-up superintendent & offshore construction crew prior to offshore mobilization\nTravel to offshore sites and to onshore yard facilities (dynamic environment) for co-ordination & resolution of disciplinary interfaces\nParticipate in Toolbox Talks (TBT), Ensure Permit-To-Work (PTW) requirements are fulfilled before commencing each site activities and being compliant with the Company’s QHSES policies \n Essential Qualifications and Education:\nBachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical discipline) or equivalent industry experience\n10+ years’ experience in related offshore engineering fields\nStrong knowledge of industry best practices, standards (API, ISO), and regulations related to hook-up activities\nProficiency in utilizing project management tools and software for planning, scheduling, and tracking hook-up and commissioning activities\nExcellent communication and leadership skills to effectively liaise with interdisciplinary teams, stakeholders, and clients\nDemonstrated ability to resolve technical challenges, implement innovative solutions, and ensure continuous improvement\nProactive mindset with a strong focus on safety, quality, and delivering projects within defined timelines and budget constraints\nCompetent in analyzing technical documents, drawings, and specifications to identify discrepancies and propose corrective actions\nStrong decision-making abilities under pressure, with the ability to prioritize tasks and allocate resources efficiently\nProfessional certifications (such as PMI or equivalent) or training in project management would be an
