This role will serve as a key liaison between Payroll Operations, HR, Finance, and IT teams to ensure accurate payroll processing, system stability, issue resolution, and continuous improvement of payroll-related applications.\nThe ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of payroll processes, payroll calculations, statutory requirements, ERP payroll systems, and payroll-related data integrations. Experience with HR Blizz Payroll is highly preferred.\n Key Tasks and Responsibilities:\nPayroll Application Support\nProvide day-to-day support for the HR Blizz Cloud Payroll application across multiple countries\nInvestigate, troubleshoot, and resolve payroll processing and system-related issues\nMonitor payroll runs and ensure successful execution of payroll cycles\nSupport payroll reconciliations, reporting, and issue resolution during payroll processing periods\nCoordinate with vendors and internal teams for defect resolution and system enhancements\n\nFunctional & Technical Support\nAnalyze payroll calculations, earnings, deductions, taxes, benefits, retro processing, and statutory calculations\nValidate payroll configurations, pay elements, formulas, calculations, and system outputs\nSupport payroll-related interfaces, integrations, and data validation activities\nParticipate in application testing, regression testing, UAT, and production deployments\n\nStakeholder Collaboration\nPartner with Payroll, HR, Finance, and regional business teams to understand requirements and resolve issues\nProvide guidance on payroll system functionality, best practices, and process improvements\nAssist with audits, compliance activities, and payroll controls\n\nContinuous Improvement\nIdentify opportunities to automate and streamline payroll processes\nDevelop and maintain support documentation, knowledge articles, and process guides\nSupport global payroll transformation initiatives and new country implementations\n\n Essential Qualifications and Education:\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field\n\n5+ years of experience supporting payroll applications or payroll operations.\nExperience supporting global or multi-country payroll environments.\nStrong understanding of payroll processing, payroll calculations, statutory requirements, and payroll controls\nExperience with ERP or Cloud payroll systems and Oracle HCM Cloud\nTechnical Knowledge:\nPayroll calculations and processing logic\nEarnings, deductions, taxes, benefits, and retroactive adjustments\nPayroll interfaces, integrations, and reporting\nData analysis and troubleshooting skills\nSQL and reporting experience is a plus\n\nPreferred Qualifications and Education:\nExperience with HR Blizz Cloud Payroll (highly preferred)\nExperience with Oracle HCM, SAP Payroll, JDE Payroll, ADP, or similar ERP payroll platforms\nExposure to payroll implementations, upgrades, and country
