payroll, and HR systems in conjunction with Global People Services\nProvide monthly and ad hoc HR reporting by compiling, transforming, and visualizing data\nPerform other duties and responsibilities as assigned \nOwn and lead the implementation, enforcement, and verification of compliance with all McDermott policies and procedures\nEnsure employees understand their responsibility and authority to effectively implement the requirements of all McDermott policies and procedures\nEnsure the timely completion of all mandatory training by themselves and their teams\n Essential Qualifications and Education:\nBachelor’s degree preferred but not essential\nA minimum of 13 years of progressive HR experience with at least 5 at the management level\nA detailed understanding of HR principles and practices\nExperience with HR Systems, e.g., SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, etc\nExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal\nAbility to build good relationships\nCapability to apply discretion and maintain high levels of
