They collaborate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Cost Controls, and Project Management teams to develop and maintain integrated project schedules, analyze performance, identify schedule risks, and provide schedule-driven insights that support project execution and decision-making.\nKey Tasks and Responsibilities:\nPerform schedule analysis using Primavera P6, Deltek Acumen Risk, Microsoft Project, and other project controls tools as required\nSupport project baseline development during project initiation and planning phases\nDevelop, maintain, and update integrated Level 3 and Level 4 project schedules using Primavera P6\nFacilitate multidisciplinary scope reviews, planning sessions, and schedule review meetings\nDevelop and maintain integrated multidisciplinary schedules covering Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, Construction, Installation, Hook-Up, Commissioning, and related project execution activities\nMonitor schedule performance, progress updates, milestone achievement, and compliance with approved project baselines\nPerform critical path analysis and evaluate schedule variances, trends, and performance indicators\nIdentify current and potential schedule risks, delays, and execution constraints that may impact project objectives\nSupport the development and implementation of mitigation, acceleration, and recovery plans to address schedule challenges\nAnalyze schedule impacts resulting from scope changes, procurement delays, construction challenges, contractor performance, and emerging project risks\nProduce workforce histograms, progress curves, quantity curves, milestone reports, and other schedule performance metrics\nSupport alignment between schedule, progress measurement, cost reporting, and project controls processes\nPrepare schedule narratives, look-ahead schedules, progress reports, and forecast updates for project stakeholders\nCollaborate with Project Management, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Cost Controls, and subcontractor teams to support integrated project planning and execution\nProvide guidance and mentoring to project controls personnel and planners as required\nSupport planning and scheduling continuous improvement initiatives and promote best practices across projects\n Essential Qualifications and Education:\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business Management, or a related discipline\n7-10 years of planning and scheduling experience supporting large-scale, complex EPC projects.\nExperience developing and maintaining integrated multidisciplinary project schedules\nStrong proficiency in Primavera P6\nExperience with Deltek Acumen Risk, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred\nStrong understanding of Critical Path Methodology (CPM), schedule forecasting, progress measurement, and schedule analysis\nExperience supporting Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Hook-Up, and Commissioning phases of large-scale EPC projects\nAdvanced Excel skills, including curves, histograms, dynamic tables, dashboards, formulas, and reporting tools\nAbility to develop and maintain logically linked project schedules using industry best practices\nAbility to analyze project performance, schedule deviations, forecasts, performance factors, and recovery plans\nStrong communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills\nAbility to work independently and effectively within multidisciplinary project
