judgment, and precedents.\n Key Tasks and Responsibilities:\nVerify implementation of the Project Quality Plan, procedures and contractor quality systems\nPlan and execute system and process audits and risk-based surveillance\nReview ITPs and quality records for adequacy, traceability and compliance\nAttend Contractor Kick-Off Meetings, chair Pre-Inspection Meetings and lead/participate in regular Contractor Quality Meetings\nManage NCR/CAPA trends, action follow-up and escalation of systemic, overdue or high-risk issues\nAnalyze contractor quality performance and provide concise management reporting\nSupport lessons learned, continuous improvement and progressive handover readiness\nApply the NCR/QOC lifecycle: identification, containment, disposition, technical review, root cause, corrective action, effectiveness verification and closure\nUnderstand ITP Hold/Witness/Review/Surveillance points, inspection notification, objective evidence, traceability and acceptance records\nProvide quality reporting covering activity, rejections, open/aged issues, trends, critical risks, actions and look-ahead\nEscalate repeat, systemic, overdue or high-risk quality issues through the EPCM quality organization\nSupport punch management, progressive dossier completion and handover readiness\nMaintain professional independence and base acceptance decisions on approved requirements and objective evidence\nCoordinate effectively with Contractor, Construction, Engineering, Client Quality and discipline inspectors\nParticipate in relevant Kick-Off, Pre-Inspection and recurring Contractor Quality meetings; prepare evidence and close assigned actions\nApply a risk-based approach to critical, irreversible and high-rework activities\nPromote prevention, early intervention, lessons learned and continuous improvement\nEnsure quality records accurately represent executed work and support system completion and turnover\nTechnical judgement and attention to detail\nIntegrity and constructive challenge\nClear written and verbal communication\nProblem solving and disciplined follow-up\nAbility to work in a multicultural EPCM environment\n Essential Qualifications and Education:\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent technical degree\nMinimum 5 years of QA/QC experience on industrial EPC/EPCM construction projects\nStrong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 19011, ITPs, NCR/CAPA, audit principles and contractor quality management\nDemonstrated competence to plan and execute system and process audits\nStrong analytical, reporting, communication, facilitation and constructive-challenge skills\nMultidiscipline exposure across Civil, Steel Structures, E&I, Mechanical and Piping is strongly preferred\nPreferred Qualifications:\nRecognized ISO 9001 Lead Auditor qualification is preferred\nIRCA-certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor / Auditor qualification is a major advantage\nLean Six Sigma Green Belt qualification is a major advantage\nAdditional quality, auditing, root-cause analysis or continuous-improvement credentials are
