We challenge ourselves to get smarter and sharper every day, we value personal and professional growth, and believe in rewarding and celebrating our successes.\nThe Opportunity\nThis person will report directly to the Director of Field Service and consult to an assigned group of Owner/Operators to optimize sales, QSC, profit, and people development with the purpose of maximizing business potential for the Owner/Operator organization. Key customers include Owner/Operators, Field Service Directors, Restaurant Leadership Teams, and customers.\nDuties\nIn addition to following McDonald’s policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to:\nOperator Relationships/Business Results\nActs as an advocate for the Owner/Operator and the Company, ensuring that both points of view are clearly communicated.\nIdentifies priority Owner/Operators and restaurants. Coaches the Owner/Operator to improve restaurant performance.\nProvides rewards and recognition for Owner/Operators and Management Teams.\nUnder direction of the Field Service Director, organizes and conducts the process whereby an Owner/Operator Business Meeting is conducted annually or according to Regional practice. Provide recommendation on growth and rewrite status to the Field Service Director.\nAssists the Owner/Operators in developing and executing reinvestment plans on an annual basis to include opening new restaurants, re-builds, re-models, equipment purchases, etc.\nRecommends and coordinates the assistance of Regional Support Staff (Construction, Controller, Real Estate, Human Resources, Training, etc.) when appropriate.\nPeople\nDemonstrates and reinforces the leadership behaviors and basic people minimums necessary to gain commitment from Owner/Operators and the respective Restaurant teams.\nQSC/Sales Building\nProtects the McDonald's brand to ensure that their restaurants meet McDonald's QSC, safety and sanitation standards.\nConsults and is accountable for working shoulder-to-shoulder with each Owner/Operator to improve the results of restaurant systems (scheduling, ordering, training, planned maintenance, etc.) and to create and accomplish long-term restaurant objectives.\nAssists the Owner/Operator to ensure appropriate staffing exists to build the business.\nUses all informational resources available such as PACE, PNLs, and Guest Satisfaction Measurement etc., to identify opportunities and threats to build a business plan to optimize market potential.\nCoordinates implementation and execution of new products and processes within their markets.\nWorks with the Owner/Operators to ensure that there is an on-going local (My Store) Marketing plan for each restaurant. \nQualifications\n3+ years of McDonalds restaurant (or other QSR) operations experience demonstrating an expert knowledge of operations procedures and key restaurant performance metrics. \nExceptional communication skills specific to McDonald’s franchise and corporate organization. \nStrong organizational skills to coordinate multiple projects at any given time. \nAbility to collaborate with numerous stakeholders and demonstrate the OneTeam approach. \nAbility to navigate through an ambiguous, ever-changing environment\nSelf-starter who is capable of multi-tasking\nAbility to travel throughout Ontario\nSalary Range\nThe expected salary range for this role is $77,000 - $102,000 per year\nThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
