McDelivery is an exciting and growing segment of our business. To be successful the Solutions Readiness Manager must develop strong partnerships with global product owners, external delivery vendors, development teams, and business stakeholders to drive desired outcomes. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the transformation of McDonald’s USA digital footprint amongst millions of people every day.\nThis role is based at our McDonald’s Global Headquarters in Chicago, IL.\nDuties\nLead delivery of timely, high-quality, effective features, enhancements, and builds for US McDelivery.\nEnsure alignment of product roadmaps with US business strategy and, where applicable, Global Technology and vendor roadmaps.\nCollaborate with Global Product Managers across all delivery feature capabilities to align on overall product delivery.\nWork closely with peer product managers across all channels and capabilities to prioritize initiatives, foster teamwork, and coordinate end-to-end development.\nOversee US Market releases from planning through deployment in partnership with cross-functional teams.\nManage weekly test team priorities in support of McDonald’s and vendor release cycles.\nReview and prioritize production defects impacting customer experience to ensure rapid resolution.\nDevelop and communicate release updates to key US Market stakeholders across Marketing, Operations, Technology, Legal, and other functions.\nPartner with marketing and cross-functional teams to test and validate monthly offers across GMAD and Marketplace platforms.\nWork with operations and the delivery business to identify customer- and operational-enhancement opportunities.\nServe as the primary point of contact for McDelivery inquiries, conducting root-cause analysis to solve complex operational challenges.\nIdentify and implement process efficiencies across systems, workflows, and team resources to optimize delivery speed and quality.\nQualifications\nWillingness and ability to live the McDonald’s values every day: Serve, Inclusion, Integrity, Community, and Family. \nMinimum of 5 years working in an agile environment, preferably with customer-facing, mobile and digital products. \nAbility to balance multiple priorities successfully. \nEngineering/Technical background.\nExperience reviewing application logs.\nDesire to work in a fast-paced, often changing, and sometimes ambiguous environment. \nStrong quantitative analysis skills and knowledge on how to utilize reporting tools. \nProven ability to work with and influence cross functional team and stakeholders. \nExcellent verbal and written communication skills \nExperience leading complex, cross-functional projects. \nExperience crafting test plans and driving functional testing.\nData and reporting validation experience.\nFamiliarity with native software development tools and platform standard methodologies. \nCurious and a self-starter with a strong bias for action; Consistent track record of “getting things done”. \nDetail-obsessed and able to meet deadlines. \nExpertise in digital project and product planning - including feature/defect prioritization, trade-off processes, roadmap creation and timeline planning. \nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience working with delivery functionality or delivery vendors.\nExperience in the Quick Service Restaurant industry.\nCompensation\nBonus Eligible: Yes\nLong - Term Incentive: Yes\nBenefits Eligible: Yes\nSalary Range\nThe expected salary range for this role is $127,332.00 - $159,165.00 per year\nThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
