Because our business is growing fast paced, we are looking for talented people to reinforce our head offices that provide support to all restaurants.\nIngredients of this Job\nThe Internal Communications Supervisor drives clear, timely and engaging communication across McDonald’s Belgium and oversees the customer care function. The role ensures employees, restaurant teams, franchisees receive relevant and consistent communication that supports business priorities and protects trust in the brand.\nCombining strategic planning with hands-on delivery, the role connects leadership communication, employee and crew engagement, franchisee communication and customer care. It strengthens the processes, governance, channels and routines needed for clear, consistent and responsive communication.\nThe role acts as a trusted advisor to leaders and coordinates enterprise communications, engagement moments and customer care topics requiring cross-functional alignment. It requires strong stakeholder management, sound judgement and high-quality written content at speed.\nKey Responsibilities\nEnterprise & Leadership Communications\nDevelop and deliver the business narrative, communications strategy and key messages aligned with enterprise priorities.\nSupport the Managing Director and senior leaders with speeches, presentations, talking points and key communications.\nLead communication planning and alignment across functions, including governance, editorial planning and leadership communication routines.\nEmployee, Crew & Franchisee Engagement\nDeliver communications that strengthen culture, brand and menu excitement, and connect employees, crew and franchisees to business priorities.\nPartner with Operations, Marketing and other functions to develop clear messaging, presentations, key events and enterprise updates for franchisees.\nImprove the effectiveness, adoption and consistency of communication channels, routines and engagement across employees, crew and franchisee audiences.\nCustomer care\nLead the customer care service with the dedicated agency partner, with clear governance, ways of working and accountability.\nYour Menu\nExperience & Background\n4+ years in internal communications, employee engagement, corporate communications, or a similar role.\nExperience in a multinational company or international communications agency.\nProven experience in building processes and communication strategies.\nSkills & Competencies\nExcellent writing, editing, storytelling, and message-crafting skills, with the ability to adapt tone and content for different audiences. \nStrong multilingual communication skills: fluent in Dutch and French ( native level proficiency in at least one of the two), with strong English proficiency and excellent written English skills.\nStrong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to advise leaders and align cross-functional teams.\nAble to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and deliver high-quality work at pace.\nComfortable managing agencies, budgets, and external partners.\nStrong planning and organisational skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and communication channels.\nA successful contributor to cross-functional teams. \nProactive, solution-oriented, flexible, and able to bring structure in a fast-moving environment.\nProficient in using AI tools to support communication planning, content creation and operational efficiency, with sound judgement and a responsible approach to their use.\nA positive, proactive and growth mindset. \nWhat we have to offer you\nBecoming part of an energizing team of the McDonald’s Family;\nWorking for an innovative and people-oriented Belgian SME, backed by a strong and leading multinational;\nThe freedom to organize your work around your private life;\n32 days of vacation;\nA salary package including extralegal advantages like an electric company car and best in class group insurance;\n30% discount on all McDonald’s products just for you;\nA smile on your face every single working day. \nReady to make an impact?
