We encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet every single requirement!\nDepartment Overview\nWe are seeking a systems-oriented Product Manager to own product readiness for Archy as it scales across markets and restaurants.\nThis role will identify what Archy needs to scale reliably, translate market and restaurant needs into reusable product capabilities, and bridge gaps between local requirements and the core product roadmap.\nThe PM will ensure Archy can adapt to differences in language, menu, operations, restaurant technology, and customer behavior while maintaining a standardized, scalable global product.\nDuties\n1. Own Product Readiness for Scale\nDefine the product capabilities and readiness criteria required to scale Archy across restaurantsand markets.\n\nIdentify product gaps that create friction as Archy moves from pilot to broader deployment.\nPartner with core Product and Engineering teams to ensure scale requirements are incorporatedinto the roadmap.\n\n2. Bridge Market Needs with the Core Product\nUnderstand market-specific needs across customer experience, operations, menu, language,and restaurant technology.\n\nTranslate local requirements into scalable, configurable product capabilities rather than one-offsolutions.\n\nServe as the product bridge between Market teams and core Product and Engineering teams.\n3. Drive Localization & Market Adaptation\nDefine how the product adapts to local languages, customer behaviors, restaurant operations, menus, and market requirements.\nEstablish reusable frameworks and guardrails for localization.\nBalance local flexibility with global platform standardization.\n4. Define Scale Readiness & Release Criteria\nEstablish clear product criteria for market onboarding, releases, pilots, and broader scaling.\nPartner with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Deployment teams to identify blockers and readiness gaps.\nUse learnings from live markets and restaurants to continuously harden the core product.\n5. Own the Scale Product Backlog\nTranslate deployment friction and market feedback into prioritized product requirements.\nPrioritize capabilities based on their ability to unlock multiple markets and improve repeatability at scale.\nProtect the core roadmap from unnecessary customization and market-specific feature creep\nQualifications\n5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally scaling complex digital, AI, commerce, or operational products.\nExperience taking products from pilot to scaled production across markets or geographies.\nStrong systems thinking and ability to turn local requirements into reusable product capabilities.\nExperience working across global and market teams with differing business and operational needs.\nStrong prioritization skills and comfort balancing global standardization with necessary localization.\nAbility to work across Product, Engineering, Design, Operations, and Deployment teams.\nFamiliarity with conversational AI, LLMs, or AI-powered products is preferred.\nStrong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.\nCompensation\nBonus Eligible: YES\nLong - Term Incentive: YES\nBenefits Eligible: YES\nSalary Range\nThe expected salary range for this role is $127,332.00 - $159,165.00 per year\nThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
