We also offer a broad range of outstanding benefits including a sabbatical program, tuition assistance and flexible work arrangements.\nKey Responsibilities\nWhat You’ll Do\nSubject Matter expertise\nYou will need to become the Subject Matter Expert for People and Process changes as part of deployment and activation of Location Data and Item Vista.\nWorking understanding of how the systems connect with the wider McDonald’s ecosystem and when data is fed to systems, created in system and published for downstream consumption\nLead End-to-End Deployment Planning\nBuild and manage integrated deployment plans that translate EDAA Vista and Location Data Solution program roadmaps into actionable market activation activities.\nEstablish deployment milestones, dependencies, readiness criteria and decision points across Location Data and Item Vista Programs\nCoordinate deployment sequencing across markets, capabilities and supporting teams.\nEnsure clear transitions across Define, Develop, Deploy and Activate stages.\nDrive Market Readiness and Activation\nImportant: Champions markets needs when deviations to standards are going to be required to LDS or Vista to deliver value to the markets.\nPartner with Technology, Change, Training and Communications team to build repeatable material to allow the two capabilities to\nServe as a primary coordination point between EDAA program teams and market stakeholders during deployment.\nEstablish market-readiness plans covering business, data, technology, process and change considerations.\nCapture market feedback and ensure issues, requirements and dependencies are routed to the appropriate capability teams.\nPartner closely with the broader MOD PMO to maintain alignment with program milestones.\nDrive Continuous Improvement\nCapture lessons learned from each deployment and apply them to future waves.\nDevelop reusable deployment playbooks, templates and readiness approaches.\nIdentify opportunities to simplify deployment, eliminate unnecessary complexity and accelerate adoption.\nCreate feedback loops between markets and global teams to improve subsequent deployment waves.\nQualifications\nRequired\nExperience with enterprise data, analytics, AI, data governance or technology programs.\nClear understanding of Process design Principles\nSignificant experience leading complex programs, transformations or multi-market deployments in a large global organization.\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple interconnected workstreams, milestones, dependencies and stakeholders.\nStrong program management, planning, governance and risk-management skills.\nExperience managing business and technology stakeholders through implementation or deployment.\nStrong executive communication and stakeholder-management capabilities.\nAbility to translate complex technical and program information into clear business actions and decisions.\nExperience operating effectively in matrixed organizations where outcomes depend on influence rather than direct authority.\nStrong problem-solving skills and comfort operating in environments where requirements continue to evolve.\nAbility to create structure, clarity and momentum in ambiguous situations.\nPreferred\nExperience deploying global capabilities into multiple markets or business units.\nExperience with organizational change, business readiness and adoption.\nFamiliarity with agile or hybrid program delivery approaches.\nExperience building reusable deployment frameworks, playbooks and governance models.\nExperience within a global consumer, retail, restaurant or similarly distributed organization.\nCompensation\nBonus Eligible: Yes\nLong - Term Incentive: Yes\nBenefits Eligible: Yes\nThe position offers health and welfare benefits, including but not limited to comprehensive health insurance, which includes medical, prescription drug, mental health, dental and vision coverage, as well as, life insurance.\nSalary Range\nThe expected salary range for this role is $141,955.00 - $177,444.00 per year\nThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
