We also offer a broad range of outstanding benefits including a sabbatical program, tuition assistance and flexible work arrangements.\nDepartment Overview\nThe Supervisor, Talent Management - Global Talent Strategy & Design will contribute to the design, enhancement, and deployment of global talent and performance practices that help cultivate high-performing teams, strengthen leadership capability, and build a strong global talent pipeline.\nWhile this is an individual contributor role, the supervisor will collaborate closely with stakeholders across the global business. The role requires strong project management, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, along with the ability to independently manage work and build subject matter expertise across talent management practices.\nDuties\nTalent Strategy & Design\nSupport the design and deployment of global talent practices, including performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, coaching, and assessments.\nManage talent program workstreams, using research, data, and user-centered design to develop effective solutions and recommendations.\nProgram Deployment & Change\nSupport change management and deployment of talent programs.\nDevelop toolkits, communications, and capability-building resources for People Partners and stakeholders.\nStakeholder & Project Management\nManage project plans, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder engagement across talent initiatives.\nCollaborate with COEs, global People Teams, and cross-functional partners, including support for talent technology implementation.\nMarket & Segment Partnership\nPartner with market and global People Teams to deploy talent practices and address business needs.\nSupport talent assessment, development, succession, capability building, and cycle management priorities.\nQualifications\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.\n2+ years of experience in Talent Management, Talent/Organizational Development, HR, Project Management, or related fields.\nExperience supporting talent programs such as talent reviews, succession planning, or performance management, ideally in large, matrixed organizations.\nStrong project management, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.\nStrong written and verbal communication, including clear presentation and storytelling skills.\nStrong analytical skills, including Excel and pivot tables, with the ability to identify trends and translate data into insights.\nAbility to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and propose practical solutions.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with talent technology, such as SAP SuccessFactors.\nExperience working with global HR/People teams.\nFamiliarity with Generative AI and LLMs.\nCompensation\nBonus Eligible: Yes\nLong - Term Incentive: No\nBenefits Eligible: Yes\nSalary Range\nThe expected salary range for this role is $95,538.00 - $119,423.00 per year\nThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
