With over 40,000 parts in stock and a growing footprint in OEM and Military programs, the team is committed to delivering better parts with exceptional, old-fashioned customer service - the McFarlane way.\nPosition Summary\nMcFarlane Aviation is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Shipping & Invoicing Representative to help process and ship customer orders accurately and on time. This role is responsible for pulling and packaging parts, preparing shipping quotes, completing quality checks, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate part traceability while providing excellent customer service.\nWhat You'll Do\nAccurately locate and pull parts within the warehouse\nPackage customer orders safely, accurately, and cost-effectively\nComplete shipping transactions and invoicing using inventory management systems\nMaintain accurate part, lot, and shipment traceability\nProvide shipping and freight quotes for customer orders\nCoordinate with freight carriers and assist with shipping-related questions or issues\nCommunicate with customers regarding shipping needs and options\nPerform quality checks to help ensure orders are accurate before shipment\nWork with Sales and Accounting to complete daily invoicing and financial closeout activities\nAssist with shipping claims and carrier late-delivery reporting\nSupport warehouse organization, inventory counts, stocking, and shipping supply maintenance\nIdentify opportunities to improve shipping processes and overall efficiency\nAssist with additional department projects and responsibilities as needed\nWhat We're Looking For\nComfortable navigating computer systems and learning new software\nAbility to use handheld electronic devices and warehouse technology\nProficiency with Microsoft Office\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality\nAbility to organize and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment\nEffective time-management and problem-solving skills\nAbility to work independently while also contributing to a team\nDependable and committed to providing excellent customer service\nEducation\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to stand and walk for extended periods\nAbility to climb ladders and reach overhead\nAbility to lift and move up to 50 pounds\nAbility to maintain regular, reliable, and timely attendance\nWhy McFarlane Aviation?\nAt McFarlane Aviation, you’re part of a team that takes pride in Making It Better.
