Technicians will work and interface with maintenance team, operators, engineers, mechanics, etc. and must be willing to take ownership of the assigned asset, equipment or area.\nHourly Rate: $33.50 -$36.24\nReports To: E & I Supervisor\nPrimary Responsibilities\nTroubleshoot, maintain, upgrade, repair and perform both predictive and preventive maintenance on Production process equipment, instrumentation and electrical systems to ensure a quality product.\n\nThe successful candidate should have knowledge of:\nbasic operation of DC & AC circuits\n\nbasic operation of 3-phase AC power\n\nDC/AC motor theory\n\nDC/AC drive theory\n\nfunction and operation of fuses and circuit breakers\n\nelectrical relay logic circuits\n\noperation of PLC’s\n\ntemperature, pressure and flow control loops\n\nhow to read & interpret electrical drawings and instrument loop sheets\n\nhow to read, interpret and troubleshoot PLC programs\n\nhow to use basic hand tools (including Volt-Ohm meters)\n\nMaintain area housekeeping to ensure a safe workplace\n\nInteract with other Technicians to share maintenance knowledge on similar equipment or related Maintenance problems.\n\nRequirements:\nAssociate degree in Electronics Engineering Technology, Industrial Engineering Technology or an equivalent Technical College Curriculum or equivalent training as obtained via the Military.\n\nPrior Applicable Industrial Maintenance experience (minimum 2 years)\n\nBasic computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)\n\nMust have good troubleshooting, organizational and planning skills\n\nMust be willing to work: 1) rotating 4 days on - 4 days off shift or 2) M-F day shift\n\nWilling to work overtime and emergency call-in work as needed.\n\nThe hourly range for this position is $33.50 - $36.24. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered.
