In this role, you'll play a key part in optimizing precision cleaning processes used to refurbish critical semiconductor equipment components that support some of the world's most advanced manufacturing technologies.\nThis is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative engineering team where you'll have the autonomy to lead process improvements, solve technical challenges, and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nWhat You'll Do\nAs a Process Engineer, you'll be responsible for improving manufacturing performance by developing and optimizing precision cleaning processes while supporting production, quality, and customer requirements.\nYour responsibilities will include:\nDevelop, optimize, and validate precision cleaning processes for semiconductor equipment components.\nImprove process capability, production throughput, equipment reliability, and manufacturing capacity.\nLead equipment and process improvement projects from concept through installation, commissioning, and validation.\nInvestigate process issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, delivery, and cost.\nCollaborate closely with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Customer teams to resolve technical challenges and improve manufacturing performance.\nAnalyze process data and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce variability, and increase product quality.\nSupport the implementation of best practices, standardized work, and Lean manufacturing initiatives.\nWhat We're Looking For\nWe're seeking an engineer who enjoys working on the manufacturing floor, solving technical problems, and continuously improving processes.\nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or another technical discipline.Equivalent industry experience will also be considered for candidates with extensive precision cleaning or semiconductor manufacturing experience.\n\n3+ years of experience in:Semiconductor manufacturing\nProcess engineering\nPrecision cleaning operations\n\nExperience supporting semiconductor equipment components or refurbishment processes.\nExperience with one or more of the following technologies:Dry Etch\nThin Films\nPVD\nCVD\nALD\n\nStrong troubleshooting, analytical, and root cause analysis skills.\nExperience leading process or equipment improvement projects.\nLean Six Sigma Green Belt (or higher) is a plus.\nBilingual Japanese and English communication skills are strongly preferred.\nExperience working with Japanese semiconductor customers, equipment manufacturers, or engineering organizations is highly desirable.\nWhy Join Us?\nThis is more than a traditional process engineering role-it's an opportunity to influence how manufacturing processes evolve.
