Ask anyone who knows us - the caliber of our people and our commitment to our partners is what sets us apart.\nQUALITY CONTROL MANAGER, INDUSTRIAL\nThe primary role of the Quality Control Manager is to lead the Quality Control process for all industrial projects within McGough.\nQualifications:\nRequired:\nBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. Applicable experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.\nA minimum of 10 years relevant Quality experience in the construction industry.\nDemonstrated ability to successfully lead a team.\nKnowledge of ASME, NBIC, AISC, and AWS codes and standards.\nKnowledge of NDE (Nondestructive Examination), MT, PT, UT, and RT.\nDemonstrated skills using construction-related software and Bluebeam\nPreferred:\n15+ years of appliable experience in in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field\nOSHA 10 and OSHA 30-hour certification strongly preferred\nCertifications from AWS, CWB, API, ACI, ICBO, ASNT, NACE or similar\nOffice and Travel:\nRegular travel up to 100% of the time depending upon local and regional project locations. Possible full time jobsite assignment may be required.\nResponsibilities and Tasks:\nFacilitate the Page Turn Process for all projects\nVerify all Quality Assurance and Quality Control work is implemented by project teams\nPerform or guide analysis, peer review, and audit of subcontractor quality control programs\nReview or guide review of construction-related drawings, technical specifications, reports and other construction documents\nObserve site functional performance testing\nPerform investigations and site reviews to audit work in place\nDevelop and maintain quality requirements to comply with client, code, (e.g. ASME, AWS, API, AISC, etc.) and specification requirements.\nManage the Quality audit process, including vendor and subcontractor audits. Establish audits to identify best practices and ensure quality control measures are met.\nProvide technical and industry expertise with respect to Quality programs.\nProvide quality training to team members both internal and external\nParticipate as an active member of the Industrial and Quality Teams. Contribute to shared goals and collaborate with colleagues on achievement of priorities.\nCollaborate with internal teams, contractors and other stakeholders to align efforts. If you join McGough, your final base salary will be determined by several factors, including geography, location, skills, education, and experience.
