This role helps ensure a safe, productive, and well-maintained workplace by coordinating facility services, responding to employee requests, supporting vendors, and assisting with workplace health and safety initiatives.\nThis is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their facilities or workplace services career who enjoys hands-on problem solving, customer service, and facility operations.\nWhat You'll Do:\nRespond to facility-related requests and coordinate timely resolution of workplace issues.\nConduct routine office walkthroughs to identify maintenance, housekeeping, and safety concerns.\nSupport preventative maintenance activities and assist with basic facility repairs and office setups.\nCoordinate with external vendors, contractors, and service providers under the direction of facility leadership.\nAssist in managing building access cards, office signage, workspace moves, and employee workspaces.\nMaintain facility records, work orders, invoices, and operational documentation.\nSupport workplace health and safety initiatives, including inspections and recordkeeping.\nAssist with maintaining Safety Data Sheets (SDS), workplace inspection records, incident documentation, and first aid logs.\nSupport employee onboarding activities, workplace tours, and office-related communications.\nHelp maintain inventory of workplace supplies and equipment.\nDeliver responsive customer service to employees, visitors, and business partners.\nBasic Requirements:\n0-2 years of facilities, workplace services, building operations, office services, maintenance, or related experience.\nHigh school diploma, post-secondary education, trade certification, or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nExperience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).\nAbility to organize multiple priorities and meet deadlines.\nStrong interpersonal and customer service skills.\nAbility to work on-site five days per week in Mississauga.\nPreferred Skills/Experience:\nExperience supporting commercial office facilities or workplace operations.\nKnowledge of health and safety practices and workplace compliance requirements.\nExperience coordinating vendors, service providers, or contractors.\nFamiliarity with work order management systems.\nExperience supporting office moves, furniture setups, or workplace projects.\nKnowledge of building systems, workplace services, or facilities maintenance.\nFirst Aid, WHMIS, or Health & Safety training is considered an asset.\nPhysical & Work Environment Requirements:\nOn-site role located at 2300 Meadowvale Blvd, Mississauga, ON.\nAbility to move throughout the office and facility environment for inspections and support activities.\nAbility to safely lift, move, and transport materials weighing up to 50 pounds.\nAbility to safely use basic hand tools and workplace equipment as required.\nWe are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson as part of our Total Rewards.
