If you want to be part of tomorrow’s health today, we want to hear from you.\nPosition Summary\nThe Business Analyst plays a key role in McKesson's AI Workflow Transformation Pods, working directly with business leaders, process owners, and transformation teams to identify, analyze, and redesign high value workflows.\nThis role is responsible for understanding current state processes, uncovering pain points, defining future state opportunities, and translating business needs into actionable requirements for AI, automation, Copilot, and workflow transformation initiatives.\nThe Business Analyst serves as the bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring solutions are aligned to measurable business outcomes and enterprise priorities.\nKey Responsibilities\nWorkflow Discovery & Analysis\nFacilitate discovery sessions and process mapping workshops with business stakeholders.\nDocument current state workflows, pain points, decision points, handoffs, and dependencies.\nIdentify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, customer experience, and operational performance.\nAnalyze workflow performance metrics, volumes, cycle times, error rates, and business impact.\nFuture State Design\nPartner with business leaders to redesign workflows leveraging AI, Copilot, automation, and process improvements.\nHelp define future state operating models and business processes.\nIdentify opportunities to eliminate waste, reduce manual effort, and streamline operations.\nFacilitate prioritization discussions using established scoring frameworks.\nRequirements & User Stories\nTranslate business needs into detailed requirements and user stories.\nDefine acceptance criteria and business outcomes.\nPartner with Product Owners and solution teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood.\nMaintain documentation throughout the transformation lifecycle.\nStakeholder Engagement\nBuild strong relationships with business leaders, SMEs, and cross functional teams.\nDrive alignment between business objectives and technology solutions.\nPresent findings, recommendations, and business cases to leadership audiences.\nAct as a trusted advisor throughout the transformation journey.\nMeasurement & Value Realization\nEstablish baseline KPIs and success measures.\nSupport development of business cases and ROI estimates.\nTrack transformation outcomes and business impact.\nPartner with reporting and analytics teams to measure results and adoption.\nBasic Requirements\nBachelor's degree or equivalent experience.\n5+ years of Business Analyst, Process Improvement, Consulting, or Transformation experience.\nExperience facilitating workshops and gathering business requirements.\nStrong process mapping and business analysis skills.\nExperience working with senior business stakeholders and leadership teams.\nExcellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.\nAbility to translate complex business challenges into structured requirements and actionable plans.\nPreferred Skills\nExperience with AI, Microsoft Copilot, automation, workflow transformation, or digital transformation initiatives.\nExperience with Agile methodologies and user story creation.\nKnowledge of process improvement frameworks such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement.\nExperience using tools such as Visio, Miro, Power Platform, Jira, Azure DevOps, or related platforms.\nHealthcare, distribution, supply chain, finance, or shared services experience preferred.\nWorking Conditions:\nIn office requirement, we are Flex and Connect with 2 days a week in office\n\nWe are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson as part of our Total Rewards.
