In this role, you will partner with business stakeholders, technology teams, and project partners to gather and document requirements, map current and future-state workplace technology processes, analyze data, and support solution delivery from discovery through implementation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements, using tools such as Excel and Power BI to uncover insights, and helping stakeholders adopt practical, scalable technology solutions. The role supports McKesson’s focus on collaboration, systems thinking, data-driven decision-making, and business impact.\nWhat You’ll Do\nGather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements for workplace technology initiatives.\nFacilitate discovery sessions, process-mapping workshops, and stakeholder discussions to clarify needs and define outcomes.\nCreate current-state and future-state process maps to identify gaps, risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities.\nTranslate business needs into clear technical specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and documentation.\nAnalyze business and operational data using Excel, Power BI, and related tools to support recommendations and decisions.\nSupport user acceptance testing by defining test scenarios, validating functionality, documenting results, and tracking issues.\nPartner with business, IT, and cross-functional teams to support implementation, adoption, communication, and change readiness.\nDevelop and maintain user documentation, process guides, training materials, and reporting artifacts.\nBasic Requirements\n4+ years of relevant professional experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, IT Business Analyst, Business Process Analyst, or similar role.\nExperience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for technology or process improvement initiatives.\nExperience creating process maps, workflows, user stories, acceptance criteria, or functional specifications.\nExperience using Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, or decision support.\nExperience working with stakeholders across business and technology teams to clarify needs, resolve issues, and support delivery.\nExperience supporting UAT, testing coordination, issue tracking, or solution validation.\nClear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document findings and present recommendations.\nPreferred Skills/Experience\nExperience with Power BI dashboards, reporting, data visualization, or KPI tracking.\nExperience with workplace technology, productivity tools, collaboration platforms, or enterprise IT services.\nFamiliarity with Agile delivery, backlog refinement, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar work management tools.\nExperience with requirements traceability, business process modeling, impact assessment, or change readiness.\nAbility to use data and stakeholder input to identify process improvements and recommend practical solutions.\nExperience supporting enterprise, healthcare, regulated, or large-scale technology environments.\nStrong collaboration, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and continuous improvement mindset\nWe are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson as part of our Total Rewards.
