This role is responsible for project planning, budget oversight, risk management, stakeholder alignment, and the successful execution of technology programs. The ideal candidate combines strong project delivery leadership with expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies to help teams achieve high-quality outcomes on time and within budget.\nWhat You'll Do\nDevelop project plans and schedules to deliver outcomes on time, within budget, and within scope.\n\nTrack and communicate project progress to leadership, business leaders, and key stakeholders using dashboards and enterprise tools.\n\nDevelop and maintain project dashboards to monitor project performance and milestone achievement.\n\nPartner with stakeholders to define success criteria and ensure alignment with business objectives.\n\nApply project management methodologies and ensure compliance with enterprise standards, tools, and frameworks.\n\nCoordinate project resources and resolve routine project issues to maintain delivery momentum.\n\nDrive continuous improvement through post-project reviews and lessons learned activities.\n\nIncorporate stakeholder feedback and performance data to improve processes and outcomes.\n\nBasic Requirements\nBachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience; typically four (4) or more years of relevant project management experience.\n\nHands-on experience with project planning, tracking, and reporting tools in enterprise environments.\n\nExposure to predictive analytics, AI-driven dashboards, and Agile practices.\n\nPreferred Skills & Experience\nKnowledge of project planning, scheduling, and milestone tracking across multiple initiatives.\n\nProficiency in project execution and resource coordination using enterprise tools and frameworks.\n\nFamiliarity with AI-assisted stakeholder communications and predictive analytics for risk management.\n\nDemonstrated ability to apply project management methodologies and ensure compliance with established standards.\n\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing complex project documentation.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills tailored to stakeholder engagement and leadership reporting.\n\nAbility to leverage dashboards and analytics to monitor progress and improve decision-making.\n\nAdaptability to evolving technologies and methodologies in a dynamic environment.\n\nAbility to foster collaboration and build strong relationships across cross-functional teams.\n\nTravel / Work Environment / Physical Requirements\nAbility to work in a hybrid or remote environment while collaborating effectively with distributed teams.\n\nOccasional travel may be required based on business and project needs.\n\nAbility to participate in virtual meetings and perform standard computer-based work activities.\n\nWe are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson as part of our Total Rewards.
