If you want to be part of tomorrow’s health today, we want to hear from you.\nMcKesson Global Procurement and Sourcing is seeking a Commercial Portfolio Lead to support the Private Label Commercial Enablement function in the development, implementation and ongoing product lifecycle management processes.\nThe key elements of this role are\nResponsible for the development, analysis and modelling of operational, economic, management, accounting and other organizational data. \nProvides recommendation solutions to new and complex problems.\nDevelops innovative strategies to quantify the competitive performance of the enterprise operations and/or markets, evaluates the potential impact of changes and reports on economic forecasts that affect the industry and the enterprise.\nMonitor and assess market movements and competitor activity, and understand customer needs to enable and support cost reduction strategies.\nAssess qualitative and quantitative data from various internal and external sources into actionable management information.\nExperience with or knowledge of the generic industry landscape is important. The role is based at McKesson’s company offices in Cork, Ireland and reports toSenior Director of Commercial Enablement.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead Private Label portfolio management and strategy, providing recommendations and presenting to Senior leadership.\nResponsible for cost competitiveness and analysis of portfolio.\nCommercial Lead for all Private Label market activity & events across portfolio.\nResponsible for CMS Analysis & quarterly business update of Portfolio\nSupport market research efforts, monitor competitive activity, and develop market insights across private label portfolio using IQVIA and other data sets to support improved product strategies.\nPartner with Private Label analytics teams to develop tools that enhance product and customer insights.\nAssess product performance, mix of business and deliver actionable insights.\nDrive competitive market analysis and develop actionable insights.\nOwn and manage the product pricing process including managing the government pricing management.\nInfluence leaders and their teams in a matrix environment. \n\nMinimum Requirement\nDegree or equivalent and typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience.\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree in Business/Finance or related field.\nCritical Skills\n7+ years work experience in a similar role in a multinational environment preferred. \nMaster knowledge of M.S.
