If you want to be part of tomorrow’s health today, we want to hear from you.\nDirector, Infrastructure & Cloud Engineering\nLocation: Hybrid or Remote (Virginia or Texas)\nResponsibilities:\nProven track record leading large-scale cloud migrations or enterprise infrastructure transformations - including carve-outs, M&A integrations, or equivalent high-complexity programs.\n\nDirect experience with GCP infrastructure (VPC, Cloud Interconnect, Cloud SQL, Snowflake, Databricks, GKE, Cloud Monitoring) or equivalent AWS/Azure with demonstrated GCP transition capability.\n\nBroad infrastructure domain expertise across network engineering, cloud architecture, database management (Oracle, SQL Server, Cloud SQL), and storage systems.\n\nExperience designing and leading migration wave programs across multi-site physical environments distribution centers, warehouses, campuses - with demonstrated operational sensitivity.\n\nKnowledge of ITIL and IT Service Management.\n\nProven ability to lead and manage diverse teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.\n\nMinimum Requirements:\nDegree or equivalent experience. Typically requires 12+ years of professional experience and 4+ years of management experience.\n\nCritical Skills\nNetwork: Expert-level knowledge of network design principles like LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, MPLS, BGP, VPN, cloud networking, QoS, and Zero Trust access patterns.\n\nCloud (GCP): VPC, Shared VPC, Cloud Interconnect, Cloud VPN, Cloud Router (BGP), Cloud NAT, Cloud DNS, Cloud Armor, VPC Service Controls, Network Intelligence Center, GKE, Cloud Run, Apigee.\n\nDatabase & Storage: Deep experience with Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, Cloud SQL; familiarity with Snowflake, Databricks and GCP-native data storage patterns; knowledge of database migration strategies.\n\nSecurity: Firewall design and policy migration (Palo Alto, Cisco ASA/FTD), IAM, encryption, DDoS protection, intrusion detection, and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, HIPAA, NIST).\n\nInfrastructure as Code: Terraform for cloud resource provisioning; Git-based infrastructure change management; CI/CD pipeline integration for infrastructure deployments.\n\nObservability: Cloud Monitoring, VPC Flow Logs, Cloud Trace, network monitoring platforms (SolarWinds, Grafana, or equivalent), ITIL-aligned incident and problem management.\n\nEmerging Technologies: SD-WAN, IoT device network management, edge computing awareness, container networking (GKE), and service mesh fundamentals.\n\nAdditional Skills\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence with technical teams, business leaders, and external partners.\n\nStrategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.\n\nProven track record of overseeing a portfolio of multiple projects and experience leading large scale global transformation program at a company with global footprint.\n\nStrong change manager.
