This role performs clearly defined, repeatable tasks with limited autonomy, focusing on case intake, triage, follow-up coordination, and administrative support. Work is executed within established processes and guided by standard operating procedures. This role ensures a seamless and positive experience for all members by accurately processing information, responding to inquiries, and contributing to the efficiency of membership operations.\nLevel Expectations\nApplies foundational knowledge and follows structured processes with guidance\nHandles routine, clearly defined tasks with limited decision-making authority\nWorks under close to moderate supervision with escalations for complex issues\nDemonstrates consistency, accuracy, and reliability in task execution\nBegins building functional knowledge of GPO, enrollment, and manufacturer workflows\nKey Responsibilities\nPerform case intake and triage, including assignment and duplicate identification\nManage case follow-ups with stakeholders, particularly contract eligibility approvals pending load\nEnsure accurate case documentation, status updates, and clean closure\nSupport audit triage and assist with basic audit preparation tasks\nAssist with enrollment support during high-volume periods\nRespond to basic manufacturer and sales inquiries\nMaintain data integrity across Salesforce and Smartsheet systems\nDevelopment Opportunity\nProvides foundational experience across Membership and Enrollment workflows. Builds knowledge of systems, case lifecycle, and GPO processes to support progression into P3-level roles with increased ownership and complexity.\nEducation & Minimum Requirements\nBachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Healthcare Admin, Business, Finance) or equivalent work experience.\nTypically requires 2+ years of relevant experience.\nKey Skills & Qualifications\nBasic technical proficiency (Excel, Salesforce, Smartsheet)\nStrong attention to detail\nAbility to follow structured processes and SOPs\nComfort managing high-volume, repetitive tasks\nStrong organizational and time management skills\n1-2 years of experience in an administrative support role, customer service, or sales operations, preferably within a fast-paced environment.\nClear written communication\nSuccess Measures\nTimely and accurate case triage and assignment\nSLA adherence for updates and follow-ups\nData quality and completeness\nReduction in backlog/aging due to follow-up delays\nConsistent execution of workflows\nWork Environment\nAble to travel domestically 5% of the time.\nThis role is a remote position, unless you are in a 50-mile radius of one of our Hub Office locations. If the selected candidate lives within the 50-mile radius to an Office Hub, the Employee will be expected to work on-site a minimum of two (2) days per week, with the remaining days worked remotely.
