This role sits at the intersection of Finance, Operations, and Technology, helping shape a more scalable and technology-enabled finance organization.\nWhat You'll Do\nFinancial Planning, Analysis & Business Partnership\nLead free cash flow, balance sheet, and working capital forecasting processes.\nDeliver executive-level reporting and actionable insights on performance, risks, and opportunities.\nPartner with Finance, Operations, and Technology leaders to improve forecast accuracy and cash flow visibility.\nInfluence business decisions by serving as a trusted advisor and strategic finance partner.\nDrive accountability through financial analysis and performance monitoring.\nStrategic Initiatives & Continuous Improvement\nLead high-impact initiatives from concept through implementation.\nIdentify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting, and decision-support capabilities.\nDrive cross-functional projects that enhance operational efficiency and working capital performance.\nSimplify complex business challenges and develop practical, scalable solutions.\nAutomation, AI & Digital Finance\nLeverage automation, AI, analytics, and emerging technologies to modernize finance processes.\nDevelop scalable reporting and forecasting solutions that reduce manual effort and improve insights.\nChampion innovation and continuous improvement across the Finance organization.\nSupport the adoption of digital tools that enhance decision-making and financial transparency.\nSkills You’ll Need\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.\n5+ years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Accounting, Treasury, or a related finance function.\nStrong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, financial analysis, and problem-solving.\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.\nAbility to work independently in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.\nStrong communication, stakeholder management, and business partnership skills.\nProven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results with minimal oversight.\nPreferred Skills\nExperience with cash flow forecasting, treasury operations, free cash flow analysis, or working capital management.\nExperience using automation, AI, analytics, or digital technologies to improve finance processes.\nDemonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives and driving measurable business outcomes.\nExperience with financial and analytical tools such as SAP, NetSuite, SAC, FCCS, Power BI, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, SQL, or similar platforms.\nPassion for innovation and leveraging technology to improve financial performance and reporting..\nWe are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson as part of our Total Rewards.
