This role will establish integration standards, govern architectural patterns, and guide complex platform integrations that support critical business capabilities.\nAs a strategic technical leader, you will collaborate with product, platform, engineering, security, and business stakeholders to design modern integration solutions leveraging ServiceNow Integration-Hub, APIs, event-driven architectures, and enterprise integration platforms. You will influence technology direction, mentor technical teams, and drive innovation that delivers measurable business outcomes.\nWhat You'll Do\nDefine and communicate enterprise integration architecture strategy, standards, patterns, and roadmaps aligned to business objectives.\nLead the design and implementation of ServiceNow Integration-Hub solutions, including custom Spoke development and reusable integration frameworks.\nArchitect secure and scalable integrations using REST, SOAP, GraphQL, event-driven messaging, and enterprise integration patterns.\nDesign and optimize ServiceNow MID Server architecture to support secure communication between cloud and on-premises environments.\nEstablish API governance frameworks, integration standards, security controls, and lifecycle management practices.\nDesign Data Stream Actions, ETL processes, and data movement strategies that support operational and analytical workloads.\nEvaluate emerging technologies, conduct architecture reviews, and provide technical leadership across enterprise initiatives.\nMentor engineers and architects, promote architectural best practices, and drive continuous improvement across integration capabilities.\nBasic Requirements\n10+ years of professional experience in enterprise architecture, integration architecture, software architecture, or related technology roles.\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.\nHands-on experience designing and implementing ServiceNow Integration-Hub solutions and custom Spokes.\nExperience architecting integrations using REST, SOAP, Graph-QL, and event-driven architectures.\nStrong knowledge of Enterprise Integration Patterns, API design, API security, and API governance.\nExperience designing and supporting ServiceNow MID Server architecture.\nExperience implementing Data Stream Actions, ETL/ELT solutions, and enterprise data integration patterns.\nProven ability to lead architecture reviews, influence technical decisions, and communicate with technical and executive stakeholders.\nPreferred Skills/Experience\nExperience integrating ServiceNow with Workday, SAP, Azure services, MuleSoft, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra ID.\nExperience working with Databricks and modern cloud data platforms.\nKnowledge of Ansible Automation Platform and infrastructure automation practices.\nExperience operating within highly regulated environments with strong security and compliance requirements.\nFamiliarity with cloud-native architecture, hybrid integration platforms, and platform modernization initiatives.\nExperience evaluating vendors, conducting proof-of-concepts, and developing technology roadmaps.\nDemonstrated success mentoring architects, engineers, and technical teams.\nIndustry certifications in ServiceNow, Integration Architecture, Cloud Architecture, Azure, or related technologies.\nAt McKesson, we care about the well-being of the patients and communities we serve, and that starts with caring for our people.
