If you want to be part of tomorrow’s health today, we want to hear from you.\nLead Solution Architect Customer Intelligence\nAbout the Role\nMcKesson is seeking a strategic and technically accomplished Lead Solution Architect Customer Intelligence to drive the architecture vision for enterprise customer experience, customer data, digital engagement, AI-enabled solutions, and cloud-native platforms.\nThis role provides architectural leadership across large-scale transformation programs, helping shape future-state platforms that deliver personalized customer experiences, intelligent insights, scalable digital products, and business value. The successful candidate will partner with engineering, product, data, security, and business leaders to establish architecture standards and modern technology roadmaps while enabling innovation through cloud, AI, automation, and composable architectures.\nWhat You'll Do\nDefine enterprise architecture strategy, target-state roadmaps, and modernization plans for customer-facing platforms and digital ecosystems.\nLead architecture design for Customer Data Platforms (CDP), customer engagement solutions, behavioral analytics, and transactional data systems.\nDesign scalable cloud-native solutions using Azure, microservices, APIs, containers, Kubernetes, and event-driven architectures.\nEstablish enterprise integration strategies leveraging APIs, middleware, messaging platforms, and composable architecture principles.\nDrive AI, Generative AI, machine learning, recommendation engines, search intelligence, and advanced analytics capabilities across customer experiences.\nEnsure architecture decisions align with security, compliance, resiliency, performance, observability, and operational excellence standards.\nPartner with engineering teams to implement DevSecOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and Site Reliability Engineering practices.\nMentor architects and technical leaders while influencing executive stakeholders on technology strategy, investment decisions, and innovation opportunities.\nBasic Requirements\n10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, software engineering, or technology leadership roles supporting large-scale enterprise platforms.\nExperience designing and delivering enterprise application architecture and cloud-native solutions.\nExpertise in cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.\nExperience with microservices, API architecture, and enterprise integration patterns.\nStrong knowledge of event-driven architecture and distributed systems.\nExperience leading architecture governance, technology standards, and enterprise roadmaps.\nDemonstrated ability to communicate complex technical decisions to executive and non-technical stakeholders.\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.\nPreferred Skills/Experience\nExperience with Customer Data Platforms (CDP), customer insights, customer analytics, transactional systems, and behavioral data platforms.\nExpertise in Search Intelligence, recommendation engines, personalization technologies, and analytics engineering.\nExperience with AI, Generative AI, machine learning platforms, and AI integration patterns.\nKnowledge of Kubernetes, container orchestration, service mesh, and platform engineering.\nExpertise in DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and cloud automation.\nExperience with observability platforms, reliability engineering, monitoring, and operational excellence frameworks.\nKnowledge of data architecture, data governance, streaming platforms, and modern data ecosystems.\nCertifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert, TOGAF, AWS Solutions Architect, Kubernetes, or equivalent.\nAt McKesson, we care about the well-being of the patients and communities we serve, and that starts with caring for our people.
