This role serves as the technology workstream leader within the Integration Management Office (IMO), accountable for delivering enterprise systems integration, data migration, platform consolidation, operational readiness, and business value realization.\nThe ideal candidate combines strong technology program leadership with direct post-merger integration experience and the ability to influence executive stakeholders across a complex matrixed environment.\nWhat You'll Do\nLead end-to-end technology integration delivery for acquired businesses, from planning through stabilization.\nEstablish and manage integration roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, risks, and executive reporting.\nDrive enterprise systems integration across ERP, clinical, operational, corporate, infrastructure, and security platforms.\nLead complex data migration activities, ensuring data quality, integrity, compliance, and business continuity.\nPartner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to align technology initiatives with integration objectives and value-capture targets.\nManage technology readiness for Day 1, Day 30/60/90 milestones, TSA exit activities, cutover planning, and hypercare support.\nInfluence senior leaders, technology teams, vendors, and acquired-company stakeholders to resolve issues, accelerate decisions, and maintain delivery commitments.\nEnsure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards, regulatory requirements, cybersecurity controls, and integration best practices.\nBasic Requirements\n10+ years of progressive experience leading enterprise technology delivery, integration programs, or technology transformation initiatives.\nDirect experience leading M&A, post-merger integration, or large-scale enterprise integration programs.\nExperience managing enterprise systems integration involving ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Workday.\nProven experience leading complex data migration efforts across multiple applications, business functions, or acquired organizations.\nDemonstrated success influencing executive and senior leadership stakeholders without direct authority.\nExperience managing multiple cross-functional workstreams, risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines simultaneously.\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.\nPreferred Skills/Experience\nExperience in healthcare, life sciences, or other highly regulated industries.\nKnowledge of enterprise architecture principles, interoperability frameworks, APIs, middleware, and event-driven architectures.\nExperience leading infrastructure consolidation, identity management integration, and application rationalization initiatives.\nFamiliarity with Integration Management Office (IMO) governance models.\nExperience managing third-party vendors, consulting partners, and systems integrators.\nUnderstanding of HIPAA, PHI, compliance, audit, and cybersecurity requirements.\nStrong executive communication and presentation skills.\nCertification in Program Management, Project Management, Agile, or related disciplines.\nTravel, Work Environment, and Physical Requirements\nAbility to travel up to 30%, including visits to acquisition and business locations as needed.\nGeneral office and remote-work environment requirements.\nAbility to participate in meetings and collaborate across multiple time zones.\nWe are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson as part of our Total Rewards.
