If you want to be part of tomorrow’s health today, we want to hear from you.\nAbout the Role\nMcKesson is seeking a M365 Engineer to design, implement, and support enterprise collaboration technologies that enable secure, reliable, and scalable digital workplace experiences. This role will serve as a technical expert for Microsoft 365 platforms, including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Teams Rooms, and Entra ID. Working closely with infrastructure, security, and business stakeholders, you will drive automation, operational excellence, and collaboration platform innovation while ensuring compliance with enterprise security standards.\nWhat You'll Do\nAdminister and optimize Microsoft 365 services including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, and OneDrive, Microsoft 365 Groups, and Copilot.\nDesign, deploy, and support Microsoft Teams Rooms and integrated meeting room technologies.\nManage identity and access solutions using Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), Conditional Access, and authentication policies.\nDevelop and maintain automation solutions using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API to improve operational efficiency.\nImplement and support collaboration security, governance, compliance, and data protection controls across Microsoft 365 services.\nPartner with infrastructure, security, and business teams to deliver scalable collaboration solutions aligned with business requirements.\nTroubleshoot complex platform issues and lead root-cause analysis to improve service reliability and performance.\nEvaluate emerging Microsoft technologies and recommend improvements that enhance the employee experience and platform capabilities.\nBasic Requirements\n5+ years of professional experience supporting, administering, or engineering Microsoft 365 platforms in an enterprise environment.\nHands-on administration experience with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and Exchange Online.\nExperience managing identity and access solutions using Entra ID (Azure AD).\nProficiency with PowerShell scripting for automation and operational support.\nExperience using Microsoft Graph API or similar automation frameworks.\nKnowledge of Microsoft 365 security, compliance, governance, and access management practices.\nStrong troubleshooting, systems integration, and technical documentation skills.\nBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nPreferred Skills/Experience\nExperience designing and supporting Microsoft Teams Rooms environments.\nExperience with Teams Voice, Direct Routing, or meeting platform integrations.\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management solutions.\nExperience implementing Conditional Access, Zero Trust, and Identity Governance controls.\nKnowledge of cloud infrastructure, networking, and hybrid enterprise environments.\nExperience supporting healthcare, pharmacy, or other regulated industries.\nMicrosoft certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert, Teams Administrator Associate, or Identity and Access Administrator Associate.\nExperience leading platform modernization, migration, or adoption initiatives.\nMicrosoft 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert or related certifications.\nExperience with Microsoft Copilot, Viva, Microsoft Graph, and Power Platform.\nKnowledge of Microsoft Purview, DLP, information protection, retention, and eDiscovery.\nTravel / Work Environment / Physical Requirements\nMinimal travel may be required based on business needs.\nAbility to participate in virtual and onsite meetings and support collaboration technologies.\nWork is primarily performed in a standard office or remote work environment.\nAbility to remain stationary and use standard computer equipment for extended periods.\nWe are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson as part of our Total Rewards.
