This role supports automated warehouse systems, conveyor equipment, and facility infrastructure that are critical to healthcare operations and order fulfillment.\nThis is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in industrial maintenance, warehouse maintenance, automation, conveyor systems, manufacturing, or fulfillment operations.\nWhat You Will Do\nPerform preventative maintenance on conveyor systems, sortation equipment, and material handling equipment (MHE)\nTroubleshoot and repair mechanical and basic electrical issues\nClear conveyor jams and help restore equipment to operation quickly\nInspect, clean, and adjust sensors, barcode scanners, switches, and other automation components\nSupport maintenance of automated systems and warehouse equipment\nRepair warehouse infrastructure, including racking, dock equipment, safety barriers, and lighting\nComplete work orders and document maintenance activities using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)\nAssist with equipment inspections and identify potential maintenance concerns\nPartner with operations and maintenance teams to minimize downtime\nFollow all safety procedures and maintenance standards\nBasic Requirements\nTypically, minimum 0-2 years of relevant experience. May have degree or equivalent\nHigh School Diploma or GED\n1+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, facilities maintenance, warehouse maintenance, manufacturing, automation, or a related field\nExperience performing preventative maintenance and equipment repairs\nExperience troubleshooting mechanical systems\nExperience using hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment\nAbility to lift up to 50 lbs\nAbility to climb ladders, work at heights, and stand for extended periods\nAbility to work in a warehouse or fulfillment center environment\nPreferred Skills / Experience\nExperience working with conveyor systems, sortation equipment, or material handling equipment (MHE)\nExperience in automated warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturing facilities, or healthcare fulfillment operations\nFamiliarity with electrical systems, motors, belts, chains, gears, sensors, and control circuits\nExperience working with CMMS, warehouse control systems (WCS), or maintenance tracking software\nExposure to PLCs, automation equipment, or automated guided vehicles (AGVs)\nTechnical certification in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, Electrical Technology, or a related field\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills\nWork Environment\nOn-site role in a fast-paced fulfillment and distribution center\n Evening Schedule:Tuesday - Friday: 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM (flexible)\nSaturday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM\n\nFrequent standing, walking, climbing, bending, and lifting\nWork around conveyors, automation equipment, and warehouse machinery\nMay require working at heights using ladders or aerial lifts\nSafety-focused environment supporting healthcare and fulfillment operations\nOvertime or schedule flexibility may be required based on operational needs\nWe are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson as part of our Total Rewards.
