In this hands-on warehouse leadership role, you will coordinate workflow, support team productivity, and help ensure the safe, accurate, and efficient movement of products throughout the facility.\nAs a member of the operations team, you will serve as a subject matter expert, assist with daily staffing and workflow, and help drive operational excellence through safety, quality, and service performance.\nWork Schedule:\nMonday-Thursday 1800 - 0430\nWhat You'll Do\nCoordinate daily warehouse activities, labor allocation, and workflow to support special projects, shipping, receiving, replenishment, picking, and inventory operations.\nMonitor operational priorities and make real-time decisions to maintain productivity, accuracy, and service levels.\nUtilize warehouse systems and RF technology to track inventory, resolve operational issues, and support efficient product movement.\nPartner with supervisors and cross-functional teams to identify process improvements, address workflow challenges, and support continuous improvement initiatives.\nPromote a culture of safety, quality, teamwork, and operational excellence while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.\nBasic Requirements\nTypically requires 3+ years of related experience\nMHE certified, or willing to obtain certification\nExperience using warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, or inventory management systems.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced distribution or warehouse environment.\nKnowledge of inventory control, replenishment, receiving, shipping, order fulfillment, and quality processes.\nPreferred Skills/Experience\nExperience with AS400, Manhattan, SAP, or similar warehouse management systems.\nExperience supporting productivity, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nDemonstrated ability to mentor team members and coordinate daily activities.\nStrong decision-making and organizational skills.\nMulti-functional warehouse experience across multiple operational departments.\nStrong communication and problem-solving skills.\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to lift, carry, push, and pull products weighing up to 50 lbs.\nAbility to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive physical activities throughout the shift.\nAbility to safely operate material handling equipment and work in a distribution center environment.\nWe are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson as part of our Total Rewards.
