This role supervises a team of associates, drives productivity, and supports a culture focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.\nSchedule:\nMonday - Friday 9:00 am to 6pm ( or later if needed based on volume) and as needed Saturday 7:30am - Completion\nThis is a great opportunity for candidates with experience in warehouse operations, distribution, logistics, fulfillment, supply chain, or manufacturing leadership.\nWhat You Will Do\nLead and support daily warehouse operations to meet productivity, quality, and service goals\nSupervise, train, coach, and develop warehouse associates\nCreate daily work plans and adjust staffing based on operational needs\nMonitor performance metrics, including productivity, accuracy, and workflow efficiency\nIdentify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs\nEnsure compliance with safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements\nInvestigate and resolve operational issues, inventory discrepancies, and service concerns\nPartner with inventory, transportation, quality, and operations teams to ensure smooth workflow\nConduct team meetings, communicate goals, and provide performance feedback\nMaintain operational records, staffing reports, and performance documentation\nSupport warehouse management system (WMS) processes and operational reporting\nPromote a positive, accountable, and team-oriented work environment\nBasic Requirements\nTypically requires 3+ years of subject matter experience including exhibiting leadership capabilities\nHigh School Diploma or GED\n3+ years of experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain operations\n1+ year of leadership experience in a supervisor, lead, or team leadership role\nExperience managing employee performance, productivity, and workflow\nExperience using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word\nAbility to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment\nAbility to lift up to 50 lbs\nAbility to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift\nPreferred Skills / Experience\nAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field\nExperience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)\nExperience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical supply, or regulated distribution environments\nKnowledge of inventory control and warehouse best practices\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills\nExperience leading process improvement initiatives\nStrong communication and employee development skills\nWork Environment\nOn-site role in a fast-paced distribution center\nFrequent standing, walking, lifting, and movement throughout the facility\nCollaborative environment focused on safety, quality, and operational excellence\nOvertime and schedule flexibility may be required based on business needs\nLeadership role supporting warehouse operations and customer service objectives\nWhy Join Us?\nLead a team that supports the healthcare supply chain and patient care\nOpportunity to drive operational performance and employee development\nCareer growth opportunities in warehouse, logistics, and operations leadership\nCollaborative, safety-focused culture\nStable industry with meaningful work and long-term career potential\nWe are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson as part of our Total Rewards.
